Authorizations

Required for me to give your pets the best care.

Emergency vet authorization. If my pet needs urgent care, I authorize Cindy Loflin to seek treatment up to dollars before contacting me. I will reimburse all vet expenses incurred on my behalf.

Medication administration. I authorize Cindy to give the medications listed in step 4, on schedule.

Photos & updates. I'm OK with Cindy texting me daily photos and posting occasional updates to her social media (no personal info shared).

Home access. I'll provide a key, lockbox code, or garage code separately (text or in-person at meet-and-greet). Codes will not be sent through this form.

Cancellation policy. Free cancellation up to 7 days before service. Within 7 days: deposit retained. Within 48 hours of start: full booking due. Holiday-week cancellations require 14 days notice.
